Cancellation Policy

Aloha!

To our valued mobility equipment renters, we offer our cancellation policy because we understand that changes do occur with travel plans. If you find that you or the equipment user can not make the trip or the mobilty equipment is no longer needed, please have the courtesy to inform us as soon as possible by calling or texting 808-635-1167 or emailing us at: stabalno@hotmail.com. We maybe able to offer the equipment to someone else that maybe looking for the same equipment.

In an event when a reservation for mobility equipment is cancelled 48 hours before delivery or rental start date, Kauai Wheelchair has a 100% refund policy.

However, when a reservation cancellation is made after the 24 hours, the renter will be charged 50% of the rental cost. The remaining balance will be refunded via company check after the renters reservation month. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
